Requests you can make
You may ask what data is processed; obtain a copy; correct inaccuracies; erase all or part of it; restrict or object to processing; receive structured data where the law provides; withdraw consent; or challenge a relevant decision. Fulfilment depends on applicable law and other people’s rights.
How to submit
Email contact@loopwith.me with the subject “Privacy request”. Include your username, account email, requested action and country of residence so we can assess applicable rights. If signed in, Help → Report a problem can open an account-linked request. Provide only necessary information; do not include passwords, card details or full identity documents in your first message.
Proportionate verification
Before disclosing or deleting data, we check that you are the account holder or authorized person. Verification should be proportionate to risk; identity documents are not automatically required from everyone. If more information is needed, we explain why and how to provide it appropriately. Requests involving children or deceased users are assessed under applicable law and affected people’s rights.
Timing and cost
We apply the deadline governing your request. GDPR/UK GDPR requests generally have a one-month response period; some US state-law requests generally have a 45-day period. If a lawful extension is needed, we explain the reason and new deadline. Ordinary requests are free. Where law permits a fee or refusal for a manifestly unfounded or excessive request, we explain rather than automatically charge you.
Other people’s rights and exceptions
Copies may redact others’ private information, security secrets or legally protected information. Erasure may be limited by retention obligations or lawful dispute handling. If we cannot fulfil a request completely, we explain the scope, basis and how to challenge it, unless notice is legally prohibited.
Appeals and regulators
If you believe a request was mishandled, reply in the same email thread with the subject “Privacy appeal”, your reasons and new information. You will not be penalized simply for exercising rights. You may still complain to a data-protection or competent authority where you live, as provided by law. We do not require internal appeal first where direct regulator contact is allowed.
