Respect creators’ rights
Uploaders must have rights to text, images, music, video, designs and other material they use. Loop does not transfer ownership of your content to other users. Exceptions such as quotation or fair use depend on law and context; they are not blanket permission to copy.
Infringement notices
Email contact@loopwith.me with “Copyright notice”. Include the rights holder or authorized representative’s name and contact information; the affected work/right; specific Loop links or content identifiers; why the use is unauthorized; good-faith and accuracy statements; and an electronic signature or confirmation of authority. A general statement covering “every post by this account” may not identify the material sufficiently.
Trademark, likeness and privacy
For trademarks, impersonation, likeness or privacy concerns, identify the type of right and relevant country rather than describing every issue as copyright. Use safety reporting for non-consensual intimate content or children’s safety so it can be assessed by risk; you do not need to publish sensitive material to establish your rights.
Handling and information sharing
We may seek more information, restrict or remove content where justified, and notify the uploader where appropriate. Necessary parts of a notice may be shared to enable a response; do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Precautionary removal is not a court ruling on ownership.
Responses and repeat violations
If your content was wrongly actioned, respond with your permission, license or relevant legal exception. Clearly identify the scope and authenticity of evidence. We consider restoration where appropriate and consistent with legal requirements. Repeated infringement may lead to restrictions or account termination. False notices or process abuse may also result in action.
No unsupported legal status

Where a specific statutory procedure applies, the operator must meet its requirements; this page does not limit either party’s access to courts or competent authorities.
