Before confirming
Save content you need or request a data copy first. Once deletion is accepted, sign-in sessions are revoked and the account becomes unavailable. There is no undo button that automatically restores a deleted account. Do not use deletion merely to sign out or change your email.
Delete on the web or in the app
Use the form below to sign in, check the account and confirm deletion. Your password is sent over HTTPS for reauthentication; this page does not save passwords or tokens in localStorage. In the app: open Settings → Delete account and complete verification. Reinstalling the app is not required to use the web form.
Data affected
Deletion jobs remove or replace email, profile details, credentials, preferences, recommendation data and device information; mark posts/comments for content removal; queue media deletion; and revoke sessions and related access. Background processing takes time, particularly with large media collections or temporary provider failures. “Request received” confirms acceptance, not instantaneous erasure of every byte from every copy.
Data that may remain
Sent messages may remain in recipients’ conversations, and copies made by others outside Loop cannot be automatically recalled. Minimal technical identifiers, report evidence, abuse-prevention data, legal records or recovery backups may remain for as long as necessary. Backup data is not served as an active account. The Privacy Policy describes purposes and retention windows. You may request separate review of a specific message or record.
Cannot sign in or want partial deletion
Email contact@loopwith.me from the address associated with your account, using “Delete account” or “Delete specific data” as the subject, and include your username and request scope. Do not send your password. We may require proportionate verification to avoid deleting someone else’s account; authorized agents and parents/guardians must establish authority where required. Automatic password-recovery email is currently disabled, so support is also available when you cannot access your account.
Submit a deletion request
Sign in to verify your account. Only the final confirmation submits deletion.
