Account and technical issues
In the app or web experience, use Settings → Help → Report a problem. Describe the action, time, device/browser and error message, redacting others’ private information. Version/platform information is submitted only if you choose to include support metadata. Use email if you cannot sign in. Automatic recovery email is not currently activated.
Safety and violation reports
Prefer reporting directly on the content to attach the correct identifier and context. Use “Child safety” for child-related safety emails and “Appeal” to challenge an action. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Loop’s mailbox is not an emergency channel and has no 24/7 monitoring guarantee.
Privacy and account deletion
Use Data rights for access/correction/erasure requests and Delete account to submit a request directly on the web. Reinstallation is not required. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage does not delete your server-side account.
Security vulnerability reports
Send a description and minimal reproduction steps to contact@loopwith.me with “Security report”. Do not access other accounts, extract real user data, disrupt service or publish exploitable details before coordinating remediation. No bounty program is currently promised.
