1. Agreement and operator

These terms are an agreement between you and Vàng Văn Kim, the Loop operator identified in Contact. By creating an account or selecting acceptance in Loop, you accept the Terms and Community Guidelines. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; reading it does not replace separate consent required by law. If you disagree, do not create new content and stop using the service; you can still contact us to exercise data rights or request account deletion.

2. Age and location eligibility

You must be at least 13 and legally eligible to use social media where you live. Higher local ages, consent requirements or parent/guardian registration requirements take priority. Do not misstate your birthday, country or identity to bypass restrictions. Random Connect and its text/voice/video modes are available only from age 18.

In places with specific restrictions, including Australia’s rules on social media accounts for under-16s and Vietnam’s requirements concerning under-16s, the general 13+ minimum does not override local law. If there is no mechanism to meet a requirement applicable to you, you are not eligible to open or maintain an account. Contact support before proceeding.

3. Accounts and access security

Provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential, and take responsibility for activity you authorize through your account. Do not buy, sell or rent accounts, use stolen credentials, impersonate others, or evade blocks or suspensions. Usernames may be addressed when they infringe another person’s rights or facilitate deception. Report suspected compromise promptly; we may require proportionate verification before changing access. Birthdays cannot be freely edited after recording; corrections require support and may require verification.

4. Service and availability

Loop provides posts and media, community interactions, feeds, messaging and Connect depending on account eligibility, age, platform and current configuration. Not every feature is available on every device. Camera/microphone permissions and browser capabilities affect calls. Connection quality, recommendation order and finding a suitable participant are not guaranteed.

We may fix issues, change interfaces, limit storage or suspend service for maintenance, security or legal compliance. For material changes, we provide notice where reasonable or required. Do not rely on Loop for emergency communications or as your only copy of important information.

5. Your content remains yours

You retain rights in content you create to the extent recognized by law. You confirm that you have the rights, licenses and permissions needed to upload it, including rights in images, music, video, other people’s information and children’s likenesses. Finding content on the Internet does not give you permission to repost it.

You grant Loop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to what is needed to store, make technical copies, transcode, create thumbnails, transmit, display and distribute content according to your choices; and to operate, protect, moderate and recommend the service. Processing providers may participate for those purposes. The license does not transfer ownership to Loop or authorize using your identity as an advertising endorsement.

6. License duration and shared copies

The operating license ends when content has been removed from active systems, except as necessary to complete deletion, retain lawful evidence, perform controlled recovery or maintain content others are entitled to continue using. Copies made by other people, lawful quotations, messages in recipients’ histories or legally retained data may not disappear at the same time. We do not demand an unlimited perpetual license for every purpose in deleted content.

7. Prohibited conduct

Do not publish or facilitate unlawful content; child sexual abuse or exploitation; grooming or sextortion; credible threats; incitement to violence or hate; targeted harassment; exposure of private information; non-consensual intimate material; scams, malware, spam or manipulated engagement. Pornographic content and sexual solicitation are prohibited on Loop. Do not use AI or altered media for impersonation, fraud or sexual harm.

Do not attack infrastructure, guess passwords, bypass access controls, collect user data in bulk without authorization, create tools to surveil others, or interfere with safety mechanisms. Good-faith security research must avoid other people’s data and be reported privately through support.

8. Responsibilities in Connect

Participants may initially not know each other’s identities. Anonymity is not permission to harass or immunity from responsibility. Do not give financial information, home addresses, identity documents or sensitive information to strangers. You can end a session, block and report; continued contact must be voluntary for both participants. Do not record or distribute another person’s image, voice or conversation without a lawful basis and necessary permission. Loop does not perform offline background checks or guarantee a participant’s statements, declared age or intentions.

9. Moderation and appeals

We may review reports and abuse signals, request corrections, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts where there is a basis involving violations or safety risks. Action depends on severity, context, repeat conduct and legal obligations. Urgent cases may require action before notice. Content remaining online does not establish Loop’s approval.

You can request review by email with the account/content identifier, action notice and reasons for disagreement. Do not resend child abuse material as evidence. We consider additional information and correct decisions where justified. Statutory complaint rights and access to regulators or courts remain available.

10. Third parties and promotion

Links, offers or transactions from other users are the responsibility of the parties involved. Verify the source before making payments or sharing data. Sponsored posts and commercial relationships must be clearly disclosed and comply with advertising law. Third-party services may have separate terms; those terms do not automatically expand access to your Loop account.

11. Fees and paid features

The current release does not offer paid subscriptions, virtual currency purchases or Loop-provided digital-content payments. Your carrier may still charge for connectivity. If paid features are introduced, we will disclose prices, billing periods, cancellation and refund terms before purchase and apply relevant payment systems and consumer rights. These terms do not authorize future charges without a valid purchase action from you.

12. Ending use and deleting an account

You may stop using Loop at any time and request deletion in the app or on the website. Uninstalling does not delete your account. We may terminate or restrict accounts for serious violations, safety risks, lawful requirements or service closure, with notice and data access where appropriate. Obligations that must continue by their nature, including disputes, accrued rights and lawful evidence preservation, may survive termination.

13. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available; we do not promise that all content is accurate, every conversation is safe or service is uninterrupted. Evaluate decisions based on user content carefully. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing or mandatory consumer guarantees.

To the extent legally allowed, Loop is not responsible for indirect losses or consequences that were not reasonably foreseeable from the independent conduct or content of others. This does not remove mandatory compensation rights. There is no universal zero-liability cap overriding local law.

14. Applicable law and disputes

Vietnamese law governs this agreement to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections where you habitually reside. Send disputes to contact@loopwith.me so we can assess and seek resolution. You retain access to applicable consumer mechanisms, regulators and competent courts. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive legally protected collective action rights, or force consumers to give up a local court where that right must be preserved.

15. Changes, languages and contact

Vietnamese and English editions are provided for accessibility. If they differ, we will interpret them consistently with your mandatory rights and correct the translation, rather than use a language difference to reduce user rights. If one provision is invalid, the remainder continues to the extent lawful. Material changes are published with an effective date and notice or renewed acceptance where needed. Direct account, rights and dispute notices to Vàng Văn Kim at contact@loopwith.me or the published contact address.
