Commitment and scope
Loop prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation across all content and interactions, including private posts, messages and calls. For these safety standards, a minor is anyone under 18. The rules apply even if an account claims to be an adult, material is described as fictional, only a link is shared, or no money changes hands.
Prohibited conduct
Prohibited conduct includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexualization of minors; grooming or trust-building for exploitation; requests for intimate images; sextortion; arranging abusive encounters; and promoting or facilitating child trafficking. Altered images, deepfakes, illustrations and AI-generated material depicting child exploitation are also prohibited. Do not provide links, groups, instructions or ways to evade detection.
Age and teen account protections
Loop has a baseline minimum age of 13, subject to stricter local requirements. Random Connect and its voice/video modes require age 18; the server checks birthday and profile eligibility before queue entry. Another participant’s permission cannot override this limit. Under-18 accounts have privacy and contact restrictions described in the Privacy Policy. A self-declared birthday is not documentary verification of age.
How to raise a concern
In the app or web experience, open the menu for the content, profile, message or Connect session and select Report. Help → Report a problem also accepts safety concerns. If you cannot sign in, email contact@loopwith.me with the subject “Child safety”, relevant account/content identifiers, time and what you observed. Public point of contact: Vàng Văn Kim. You do not need to investigate or contact the reported person yourself.
Do not redistribute evidence
Do not download, screenshot or forward CSAM to substantiate a report. Provide its location and a minimal description so authorized personnel can handle it appropriately. Do not publicly post identifying details of a child. If you or a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency or child-protection authorities; Loop is not a continuously monitored emergency service.
Assessment and action
Child-related signals must be prioritized by risk. Where a violation is substantiated, action may include ending sessions, limiting reach, removing content, suspending or banning accounts, preventing re-upload and preserving evidence within lawful limits. On actual knowledge of CSAM, we must address the material, preserve necessary information and report to competent authorities as required by applicable law. We do not promise every item is reviewed before display or that prohibited material can never appear.
Cooperation and confidentiality
Report information is shared only as needed to handle the case, protect children or respond to valid legal requirements. We cannot promise reporters absolute anonymity in every legal process. Authority requests should state their legal basis, scope, verifiable contact and urgency and be sent to the public contact address. Cooperation does not justify unnecessary disclosure.
Corrections and updates
If an account is incorrectly assessed for age or a violation, request review at contact@loopwith.me. Do not send sensitive documents before receiving instructions for an appropriate method. Review does not automatically unlock a restricted feature. Standards are updated when the product, risks or laws change; the operator is responsible for maintaining report intake and handling.
