More than cookies
Browsers provide cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, caches and secure-storage mechanisms. This notice covers those technologies. Mobile versions use operating-system secure storage and local databases for equivalent functions.
Marketing and legal pages
The marketing and policy pages do not install advertising pixels, third-party analytics or embedded social buttons. Linked websites load only when you choose to open them. Language is represented in the URL; reading a policy does not require advertising-cookie consent. The server still needs to receive a network request to deliver the page.
Sessions and preferences
The web app may store credentials needed to remain signed in, language/theme preferences and cached data supporting the app. Session data is sensitive: do not share a browser profile and sign out on shared computers. Retention depends on the session, sign-out, account deletion and clearing site data.
Drafts and media
Draft text and selected images/videos may be stored locally within an account scope. On the web, draft media bytes are stored in IndexedDB and temporary object URLs provide previews. Unsubmitted media does not automatically become a public post. Browser storage is limited; private browsing, clearing data or storage eviction can remove drafts.
Manage and clear storage
Use Loop’s sign-out function to end your session before clearing site data. In browser settings, find loopwith.me and clear its site data; check warcore.online if you previously used an interface on that origin. Clearing browser storage does not delete your account or server-side posts. Use Delete account for that purpose. Blocking all storage may prevent sign-in or draft saving.
Future changes
If non-essential technologies such as behavioral advertising or optional analytics are introduced, Loop must update this notice and provide choices or prior consent where required. We do not present a fictitious advertising opt-out for an advertising system that is not deployed.
